David M. Klaskin
Klaskin Chairman and Chief Investment Officer
Co-Founder of Oak Ridge Investments in 1989, Mr. Klaskin leads our firm and its investment team.He has developed and implemented the investment discipline that is applied across all Oak Ridge products. He is co-portfolio manager of the Oak Ridge Small-to-Mid capitalization, Large capitalization, All capitalization, and Dividend Growth equity strategies. Mr. Klaskin also chairs the firm's Executive Committee, its Investment Committee and its equity selection team. He has been featured on television, radio, and in numerous publications. Prior to establishing Oak Ridge, Mr. Klaskin worked as an investment executive at Shearson Lehman Hutton for eight years. Mr. Klaskin is a native of Chicago and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Robert G. McVicker

McVicker Executive Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. McVicker has been with Oak Ridge Investments since its inception in 1989. He guides our investment research process and co-manages the small/mid capitalization, large capitalization, and all-cap growth strategies. Mr. McVicker is also a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees, equity selection team. He is originally from Cincinnati and graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Kenneth S. Kailin, CFA
Kailin Executive Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Kailin joined Oak Ridge in 2002. He is actively involved in equity research and manages the firm's mid capitalization growth strategy. He is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees and its equity selection team. Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. Kailin was a Partner and Portfolio Manager of Skyline Asset Management, L.P. He helped oversee the investment process of a $1.5 billion equity product while at Skyline. A native of Chicago, he graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Kailin then earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and subsequently his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Dennis J. Scandrett
Scandrett Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager & Director of Research
Mr. Scandrett joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2005. He is co-manager of the Dividend Growth Strategy which focuses on equity securities with consistent earnings growth profile that have the potential to increase dividends in an effort to provide an attractive total return comprised of both dividends and long-term capital appreciation. Mr. Scandrett is also Director of Research responsible for coordinating, directing, and implementing the firm's qualitative/quantitative equity research strategy. He is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee and its equity selection team. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Scandrett worked for 13 years as a Financial Controller for Alcoa. Mr. Scandrett is originally from Georgia and graduated from West Georgia University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting. He has earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Brian L. King, CFA
Brian King Vice President & Research Analyst
Mr. King joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2006 and is responsible for company research and analysis. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and its equity selection team. Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. King worked three years as a research analyst at Timeless Investment Management & Research. Prior to that, he served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Mr. King, a native of Chicago, graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and, subsequently, his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Daniel P. Delany, CFA
Dan Delany Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Delany joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2006. He is co-manager of the Mid-Cap Growth Strategy and is also responsible for company research and analysis. Mr. Delany is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and its equity selection team. He began his investment career at Kemper Funds in 1993 and later worked for UBS AG in Europe and William Blair & Company in Chicago. Mr. Delany is originally from the Chicago area and graduated from Marquette University, with a BA in International Economics. He then earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and, subsequently, his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Kimberly Bernard
Vice President & Research Analyst
Ms. Bernard joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2006. She is responsible for company research and analysis. Ms. Bernard is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and its equity selection team. She began her investment career at Babson Capital Management in 1998 as a fundamental equity analyst specializing in the consumer discretionary sector. Ms. Bernard is originally from South Charleston, Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University, with a BA in Communication. She then earned her MBA from Suffolk University. She is also a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society.

Michael C. Roesler, CFA
Michael C. Roesler Vice President & Research Analyst
Mr. Roesler joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2010 and is responsible for company research and analysis.  He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and its equity selection team.  Prior to his position with Oak Ridge, Mr. Roesler worked for two years at Northern Trust Global Investments in Chicago as a Senior Equity Analyst for the Small and Mid Cap Growth Funds.  He was responsible for the technology, telecom services and health care technology sectors for both funds.  Prior to that, he was a Senior Equity Analyst at Spot Trading LLC., where he was a founding member of their fundamental analysis team and was responsible for covering the technology hardware, industrials, and health care sectors. Prior to becoming an analyst, he worked as a risk controller at Morgan Stanley and as an investment banking associate at MENATEP in Moscow, Russia.  Mr. Roesler graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and subsequently, from the University of Miami Graduate School of International Studies with a Masters in International Business and Russian Studies.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jason Rynes
Jason Rynes Senior Vice President & Head Trader
Mr. Rynes joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2000 and directs the firm’s securities trading function, including trade execution, relationships with securities dealers, and supervision of all traders. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Rynes served as an arbitrage clerk at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he had a key role in hedging Eurodollars against the various futures markets. Mr. Rynes is a native of Chicago and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Management Information Systems.

Michael E. Harrington, CIMA®
Mike Harrington President
Mr. Harrington joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2003 with responsibility for sales and marketing. Mr. Harrington is a member of the Investment and Executive Committees. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, he was Managing Director of Separately Managed Accounts at Scudder Investments/Deutsche Asset Management, a $900 billion global asset manager. Previously, Mr. Harrington was Managing Director of the Broker-Dealer division at Scudder Investments, with responsibility for sales and marketing of mutual funds, variable annuities and separate accounts through brokerage firms and banks. He was also Managing Director of Scudder Cash Products Group, a $40 billion cash management business. Prior to joining Scudder, Mr. Harrington was a fixed income trader and institutional salesman at J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons. A native of Findlay, Ohio, Mr. Harrington graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and from Ohio State University with an MBA in Finance. He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and has earned his CIMA® designation.

John E. Peters
John Peters Vice Chairman
Mr. Peters joined Oak Ridge Investments in 1998. He brings over 25 years of experience in investment management administration to Oak Ridge, where he is responsible for corporate strategy. Mr. Peters is a member of both the Investment and Executive Committees. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, he was President of Dreman Value Management, a $7.5 billion asset manager of corporate and high net worth individual accounts and mutual funds. Prior to Dreman, Mr. Peters was a Managing Director of Kemper Financial Services, Inc. He concurrently served as President of Kemper Distributors, Inc., the underwriter of Kemper’s mutual funds and annuity products. He also served as Director of Marketing for Blunt, Ellis, and Loewi, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Kemper in 1983. Mr. Peters is originally from North Canton, Ohio and graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mary McManus
Mary McManus Senior Vice President
Ms. McManus joined Oak Ridge Investments in 1999 and is responsible for sales and client service in the eastern territory of the United States. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Ms. McManus was Director of Marketing for Concord Investment Management Company, where she was responsible for developing and implementing their institutional sales effort. Ms. McManus began her career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and has worked with SCI Capital Management and Aegon USA Investment Management. Ms. McManus is originally from Leominster, Massachusetts and graduated, Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

James Babson Senior Vice President
Mr. Babson joined Oak Ridge Investments in 1998 with responsibility for sales and client service in the western territory of the United States. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Babson was Director of Marketing and a portfolio manager for Insight Capital Research & Management, a firm specializing in growth stock investments. He began his career in 1986 as a marketing representative with Fidelity Investments. Mr. Babson is a native of New Jersey, and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He earned his MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Dallas. Mr. Babson holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the San Francisco Society of Security Analysts.

Mr. Fellows joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2007 and provides sales and client service coverage for the western territory of the United States. He began his investment career as an investment associate for Scudder Investments in 2002 and later worked as an internal sales consultant for VanKampen Investments. Mr. Fellows is originally from the Chicago area and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications.

Andrew Wajntraub
Andrew Wajntraub Vice President
Mr. Wajntraub re-joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2011, having previously worked for the firm from 2002-2005. He is responsible for providing business development and client service coverage for the Eastern half of the United States. Prior to re-joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Wajntraub was the Director of Business Development at Gen-T Legacy Institute, a Chicago-based legacy planning firm focused on developing comprehensive legacy strategies for high net-worth families. He began his career as a client consultant with Morgan Stanley's Graystone Wealth Management Services, an $8 billion financial consulting group catering to high net-worth individuals, families, and foundations. Mr. Wajntraub is a native of Melbourne, Australia, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Alan E. Molotsky
Alan Molotsky Executive Vice President
Mr. Molotsky joined Oak Ridge Investments in January 2004 and is responsible for the firm’s financial management, regulatory compliance, legal matters and areas of the firm’s operations. Mr. Molotsky is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Molotsky was in private law practice for over 23 years focusing on all aspects of corporate, partnership and business law and transactions, including substantial experience in federal securities law matters for both public and private companies. Most recently Mr. Molotsky practiced law for ten years at the law firm of Hogan Marren, Ltd. He was a founding partner of that law firm, which began in 1993. Prior to joining Hogan Marren, Mr. Molotsky was a partner at the national law firm now known as Katten Muchin Zavis & Rosenman. Mr. Molotsky is a native of Chicago and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois with a major in economics and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. In addition, Mr. Molotsky received a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

David J. Gaspar CPA
David Gaspar Executive Vice President
Mr. Gaspar joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2000 where he is responsible for client service, investment accounting, trading, and information technology. Mr. Gaspar is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Mr. Gaspar was Chief Administrative Officer of William Blair & Company’s investment management unit, a $12 billion asset manager of institutional and private client accounts and mutual funds. Prior to William Blair, Mr. Gaspar held concurrent positions at Kemper Financial Services: Operations Director for the Chief Investment Officer, and First Vice President of Kemper Asset Management Company, Kemper’s $18 billion institutional investment subsidiary. Before that, he obtained his CPA and was on the audit staff of a national public accounting firm. Mr. Gaspar is a native of Lake Forest, Illinois and graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Martha R. McGinn
Martha McGinn Senior Vice President
Ms. McGinn joined Oak Ridge Investments in 2007 where she is responsible for Investment Accounting and Operations. Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Ms. McGinn was Vice President of the Wealth Management Administration at LaSalle Bank. Prior to LaSalle Bank, Ms. McGinn was at Zurich Scudder Investments and its predecessor firms for fifteen years. A native of Oregon, Illinois, Ms. McGinn graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
